Questions about an online order?

For questions about an online merchandise or gift card order, call 513-825-8599 or email merchandising_team@greatparks.org. Be sure to include your order number and product details.

When will my online order ship?

Orders are generally processed within two to three business days of placement (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.). Once processed, your order will ship. Estimated shipping transit time is not guaranteed.

Please note: During high-volume times (holidays, events, etc.), processing and shipping times may be longer. Deliveries may be delayed due to carrier issues or weather conditions. Your patience is appreciated.

What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price. All returned products must be in good condition with the original receipt and product tags intact. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment with no exceptions.

Items that are not eligible for returns include: sale or clearance items, passes and gift cards. Additional exceptions may apply.

How can I exchange or return items I purchased on your online store?

Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned at a Great Parks gift shop at Glenwood Gardens, Miami Whitewater Forest, Sharon Woods or Woodland Mound. Please bring your packing slip, the original form of payment and the receipt. If you cannot access a Great Parks gift shop, that's ok! Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned by filling out the Return & Exchange Form and sending the item(s) to our warehouse. Shipping fees will apply.

When should I see a credit on my bank statement?

Credits may take anywhere from seven to 10 business days to appear on your account. If you do not see the credit after 10 business days, contact the gift shop that processed your return/credit.

I received the wrong item, am missing an item or received a damaged item. What do I do?

Call 513-825-8599 or email merchandising_team@greatparks.org. Be sure to include your order number and product details.

Do you offer wholesale opportunities?

Those interested in purchasing Charley Harper Ornaments and Adornments at wholesale pricing should contact merchandising_team@greatparks.org.
